Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I am not sure if this is a general problem for everybody or if this is a specific problem in my laptop. I am running 2.6.24-19-generic on ubuntu hardy. I cannot simulate this problem always but sometimes when I boot up my system and fire up firefox, request for a url and then by the time it partially loads switch to another url my system crashes and I have to hard reboot. Please let me know how I can help you troubleshoot this and what kind of logs you would require to look into this issue.

OK this was due to an alpha version of firebug which I was using.. I disabled it and puff! everything got solved.. Sorry for the trouble.. Closing this as invalid..

Changed in firefox-3.0:
