Bug Description
I think that people should be able to delete a poll.
I have accidentaly create a poll with a starting date in the past and due to this fact I can not add any options.
Also if I change my mind about creating a poll, I should be able to delete it if it has no votes.

I have quoted Adi for the reason it COMPLETELY summerizes my issues. This is needing attention.

I created a "test" Poll with a starting date in the past and can't add any options because of this issue either.
If a Poll has started but there are no votes yet, we need a way to add options or delete the poll.
My "Poll" is now just an optionless question untill "
The END of TIME" (12/21/2012)==(The date I added to test)
