Bug Description

Binary package hint: at

Hi,

This package has been refusing to install since I upgraded to intrepid. I can't
make it install, it seems to have trouble starting/stopping the daemon.

I'm not sure if this is a widespread issue.

Thanks,

James

atd drops to "daemon:daemon" very early on, which is why it cannot

Hi,

Another user confirms that their permissions on that directory are
daemon:daemon.

I have never changed that myself as far as I am aware.

This machine started out at feisty if that makes any difference.

Thanks,

James

Oh yes, and this is a Dell machine, so it was possibly a bug in the installation image
that they used.

That wouldn't explain why this only started being an issue on an upgrade to intrepid
though.

Thanks,

James
