Synaptic update force me to update packages which are not installed

I've removed Apache package completely and installed Nanoweb with Mysql/PHP.

Each time there is any updates for Apache, Synaptic suggests me to update those packages relevant to Apache. I have to install it and then delete it again, because I do not want Apache.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? May you please try the same with Jaunty? Thanks in advance.

actually i almost forgot this issue, because i do not remember when i
had to perform the "forced update and delete" for the last time.
I guess it was back in at least 2 months ago. sorry but i'v been
extremely busy these days.

regarding your suggestion to try with jaunty, i have to say sorry to
you, with the same excuse as above. i'm still enjoying Hardy and will
probably upgrade to 9.10 soon.
