Remove curriculum link

The Curriculum Link information should be removed.

We no longer support Curriculum Links. (May be added back later?)

When you are logged in as manager and go to a course or section, there is a row of buttons with a link to Curriculum that should be removed.

When you are in a course the list of buttons are View, View Competencies, Associate Competencies, Remove Competencies, Assignments, Curriculum, and Edit Leaders. (screenshot attached)

When you are in a section the list of buttons are Edit Info, View Competencies, Associate Competencies, Remove Competencies, Forum, Student MessageBoxes, Pending Messages, Assignments, Add/Remove Members, Timetables, Gradebook, Curriculum, View Calendar, and Schedule. (screenshot attached)

We no longer use the Curriculum feature so it can be completely removed from CanDo.

When you are logged in as manager and go to Global Competency and then pick a course and then click the link at the competency description of a specific competency you see a page that has some information on that competency. At the bottom of that page there is a section for Curriculum Link which should be removed from that page.
