Bug Description

toggling the go-home applet (Ubuntu icon in top left corner) does not always correctly update the window title in the window-picker applet. I'm seeing the following behavior:

- Launcher "Settings"
- WP shows "Control Center"
- Press go-home applet
- launcher is correctly shown, sometimes WP title still says "Control Center" other times it correctly changes to "Home"
- toggle again, control center is shown onscreen but WP title sometimes says "Home"
If you do this a bunch of times it happens sooner or later. Sometimes on the first try.

I think the similar bug is observed when launching an app multiple times - sometimes the WP title not updating. For example:
- Launch "Terminal", WP correctly shows terminal info
- click home, WP sometimes correctly shows home (see above)
- Launch "Terminal" again, WP title sometimes still says Home

Mabye a race condition of some sort?

Woops, the 'change icon and title' function was returning too quickly if the window has the skip-taskbar hint, but that meant it wasn't

a) Showing the desktop sometimes
b) resetting correctly for the next window that's opened.

I've pushed new packages which solve this problem for me, please re-open if these issues still arise.

Seems to work much better now. Just one case that still appears to be failing consistently:

- launch terminal
- click go-home applet (all correct)
- launcher another terminal. WP still says "Home" even though second terminal is being displayed

This is happening because the second terminal window does not have focus (it's impossible to tell without decorations).

I'll see what I can do...

Latest window picker forces newly opened windows to activate, which fixes this problem.
