Bug Description
On Mac OS X, version 10.5.4, the latest sources on the Bazaar repository cannot be built due to missing fonts: Charis SIL and Inconsolata
I was able to find the missing fonts on the web with no problem, so I'm not sure this is really a bug. Maybe just an inconvenience.

It seems that bzr is not maintaining the modified date of the files, so, make cannot decide that the pdf file needs not be rebuilt. Will fix.
