[intrepid and hardy] sysctl error: "net.ipv4.ip_always_defrag" is an unknown key

Bug Description

On Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy fully upgraded, if i try to set the

net.ipv4.ip_always_defrag = 1

changing it into the /etc/sysctl.conf

Then:

sudo sysctl -p

give me:

sysctl error: "net.ipv4.ip_always_defrag" is an unknown key

The reference to this key was removed from /etc/sysctl.conf with 1:3.2.7-8ubuntu1 which is in intrepid.
