Bug Description
Binary package hint: mingw32
Import libraries such as libmsvcr80.a, libmsvcr90d, etc. are missing. Latest current (stable) MinGW binary release for Windows has these. Without these import libraries, important C runtime functions such as "wcserror" cannot be used.
