Bug Description
At the moment, clicking on a number in the upstream report (say the open bugs count for a package) takes you to the overview page for that package. Instead it should take you to the report on bugs.lp.net that was used to generate that number (so, in this case, all open bugs for the package).
At the moment some of the links have the correct path and query string but are pointing at launchpad.net instead of bugs.launchpad.net.
