Bug Description

URL: http://www.kokkinizita.net/linuxaudio/

Description:

Japa (JACK and ALSA Perceptual Analyzer), is a 'perceptual' or 'psychoacoustic' audio spectrum analyser.
Uses calibrations based on the human ear's perception of sound.
In contrast to JAAA, this is more an acoustical or musical tool than a purely technical one.
Possible uses include spectrum monitoring while mixing or mastering, evaluation of ambient noise, and (using pink noise), equalization of PA systems.

License: not sure - free of some sort

Notes:
You might like to have a look at the rest of the Audio Utilities on this site, and maybe include a few more of them.
Please make AMD64 version because it is a good multimedia platform.

Hi,

What is the reason why japa has been marked as invalid.
I have checked synaptic (in Feisty), and it is not there.

Not packaged, so too early to request a backport.
