Copy over templates, macros, and types from openlibrary

Please copy over the updated templates, macros, and types from OpenLibrary. And anything else which is in the same vain.

Why I added types: This page is broken even though it is on the list of types

Templates and macros can not be copied straight away because PDregistry uses different styles.

I have already fixed this issue by editing the default_view.tmpl.
