Bug Description
Default configuration file of Elisa 0.5.2 has new entries that need to be added for users upgrading from 0.5.1.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Remove your configuration (~/.elisa-0.5) completely
2. Launch Elisa 0.5.2
3. Quit
4. Upgrade to Elisa 0.5.3
Expected result:
A few new services should be activated: media scanner, discogs for artist pictures, amazon for album covers, and others.
Current result:
The new services are kept deactivated.

The new things to add should be in the default config (in application.py) anyway, no? So a simple diff between old and new version of application.py and you have your new plugins to activate
