That's because texi2html 1.78-1 fails to install:

Setting up texi2html (1.78-1) ...
install-info: No dir file specified; try --help for more information.
dpkg: error processing texi2html (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1

I got the same error:
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1

when install texi2html package.

Confirming. The bug is still there in Ubuntu 9.10: package texi2html 1.78-1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1.
