Bug Description
Elisa does not start if the version in the config file is set to 0.3.5.1
Step to reproduce :
1. Start and close elisa
2. Edit the config file
3. Change the version (in section general) to 0.3.5.1
4 start Elisa
5. The splash screen is displayed but Elisa does not start at all.
