KDE4 File Manager (Dolphin/Konqueror...) show UTC instead of local time in the time field

Bug Description

When I clicked details in the folder view, it showed all times as UTC instead of local time.

The dolphin source package is the name of of the KDE3 version's package. It lives in kdebase now.

Sorry, can't reproduce this issue in KDE 4.1.0
