subclassed grammars don't inherit base namespace

Bug Description
When inheriting from a grammar the namespace of the base grammar is not inherited so the subclass must explicitly include all names used by the base class.
The attached fix ain't pretty, but the updated unit tests may be useful even if a neater solution is found.
