Links to Canonical shop should not open new windows when the shop handles logins correctly

Bug Description
Currently we link to products in the Canonical shop for purchasing commercial subscriptions to Launchpad. If the user is not already logged in to the store she is not redirected back to the product page after logging in via OpenID. This is a bug in the store that is being fixed.
Until the store bug is fixed the links from LP to the store open a new browser window to make it easier for the users to navigate back to the original product page. When the store bug is fixed the new browser window should not be opened.

The shop has been updated so that it now returns to the original item after processing the login. The code to use a different browser window can now be disabled.
