- User Rochio loop to combine vectors.
- Decide if user profiles are per data set.
- Generation of "suggestion" documents.

The Rochio loop has been implemented. Still needs completely integrated into Hamlet and tested. I am also going to rewrite the user profiles somewhat to deal with multiple datasets.

User profiles rewritten, like and dislike buttons theoretically work. Will be tested once other bugs are fixed that prevent hamlet from working.
