Bug Description

The small square anchor that appears with the text tool has its X and Y coordinates swapped when the text is oriented vertically.

1. Type some text
2. Set it to vertical mode
3. Move it to the right, without releasing the mouse: the anchor moves to the right, as expected
4. Now release the mouse: the anchor moves diagonally so that it is now below its initial position

reproduced with Inkscape 0.46+devel r22540 on OS X 10.5.8

The baseline anchor of vertical text is either missing or appears at varying locations seemingly unrelated to the position of the text object after zooming and transforming (moving) the text object.

I can't seem to reproduce this. Could someone attach a screenshot of the problem, if it still occurs?
