Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-nettool
After upgrading to HHeron, as user, when I type, "sudo gedit", I receive "sudo: unable to resolve host hostname". If I am alread root and type, "gedit", I receive "While connecting to the session Manager: Authentication rejected, reason: none of the authentication protocols specified are supported and host-based authentication failed".
Also, as I previous reported, I can no longer copy files over my local network - I can view the Windows computers and their drives, but cannot copy.
I assume HHeron changed some of my settings, and would like to know which ones.
Thanks.
The upgrade was just made in the last day, and is 2.6.24-19 generic for an AMD X2.
Guess I'm back to the Gutsy image again.

You need to edit your /etc/hosts file to have the correct hostname for 127.0.1.1 (try gksudo or use the recovery mode kernel).
