(totem-video)-thumbnailer prevents ejecting even when no window of removable dev. is open

totem-video-thumbnailer as gnome-video-thumbnailer (probably any thumbnailer)
keeps a removable disk busy even when no nautilus window is showing the folder's
contents, preventing to eject the disk. This can be annoying if you're browsing
through a collection of discs.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Insert a CD/DVD with eg. video files in the root (something that takes a
while to thumbnail).
2. Nautilus opens a window w/ the disc's root folder. Close this window.
3. Right-click on the disc icon on desktop, choose Eject -> the disc refuses to
eject

To clarify: once the thumbnails are complete, totem-video-thumbnailer exits
nicely, releasing the device. The problem is that this can take a while (tens of
seconds).
