Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Updating on amd64 X2 on hardy from 3.0 to 3..0.1 produced disabling on language support (german, spanish). I know, the support will arrive, but why do we have to wait each time? Isn't this an issue that an user should expect to be solved before launching a new version?

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Could you try to reproduce the same with Ubuntu 8.10 or 9.04? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, Pedro. Further updates on xul solved the problem, so I would call the problem solved, although it is quiet possible that newer versions of Firefox will not be immediately available on Spanish.
