Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-pilot-conduits

I don't know if this is a bug with evolution or with gnome-pilot (or perhaps my Treo 680). I'm using gnome-pilot 2.0.15, ubuntu 8.04 32-bit and evolution 2.23. Short story: I transfered everything on Treo originally through gnome-pilot and the categories showed up in the evolution addressbook, I did it again and they don't show up. Long story: I synchronized my Treo originally by doing the "Copy from PDA" option in gnome-pilot. Then I found after synchronizing several times that evolution had created duplicate entries (and there were a bunch of uneditable "other" phone numbers), so I deleted the duplicate entries, deleted every phone number in my Treo with a utility Mass Transit and copied the evolution phonebook back to the Treo. Then I deleted all the duplicate "other" fields and reassigned the proper categories on the phone (they did not transfer back from evolution) using Mass Transit. I deleted the evolution addressbook, and set g-pilot to "Copy from the PDA." After doing this, the addressbook showed up fine, but the categories did not transfer back to the computer.
