1. Go in Videos > Internet > Youtube > Most Recent
2. Play first
3. Playback should start

Happens when I use the "XP Codec Pack".
If I use K-Lite, it works.

Looks *very* similar to what a guy on irc was having, with "ACE Mega CoDecS Pack".
