[Backend] configuration.py: lp_use_stable needs to renamed to lp_use_unstable

Bug Description
We need to rename the configuration setting: lp_use_stable to lp_use_unstable, which is sane and more correct, because of the handling of lpbackend.py
Furthermore, we need to default to stable and not unstable.
