Hierarchy has missing bevels and extraneous bottom border

Bug Description
In the location bar hierarchy:
- The left border and bevel of the 'Launchpad' segment is missing.
- The top border and bevel of the last segment is missing (now reported as bug 248309).
- The right border and bevel of the last segment is missing.
- The border between the last segment and the spine should not be present (fixed in r6770).
- The spine should have a slight top bevel as well as a border.
(These should be split off into separate bug reports, because some are much harder to fix than others.)
