Binary package hint: wine
Even after changing C: Drive path to something else, (say /home/foo/bar), the "Browse C:\ Drive" launcher still opens /home/foo/
The launcher should be modified with change in C: Drive

This is not a duplicate of bug #223989. Bug #223989 is that the "Browse C:\ Drive" menu item doesn't work (in some distributions) with the *default* Wine configuration. In this bug the user expects that the menu item be updated when *changing* Wine configuration.
One workaround for this bug is to (as root) edit the wine-browsedriv e.desktop file in /usr/share/ applications and change its Exec= line to point to your new location; but that might break for other users of the same computer. The simpler workaround is to manually navigate to the new location in your file manager of choice.
