bzr-svn ebuild depends are kinda wrong

bzr-svn requires >=dev-util/bzr-1.4_rc1, but doesn't work with the current 1.6_beta2;

also, it doesn't work with the current subversion in portage (1.5.0), and installing 1.4.6 from the bazaar overlay fails because it requires net-misc/neon-0.25.5, which appears to no longer be in portage (but this is probably another bug)

Well, those things are odd. Please clarify what you mean by "doesn't work". At the very least, I have used bzr-1.6b2 + bzr-svn 0.4.10 on a googlecode SVN repository the other day, with no problems.

I'll add the last revision of that neon version into the repo shortly.

well, in my case it does somewhat work, but complains that bzr-svn is
not up to date, and it spits out a deprecation warning about NULL_REVISION;

on subversion 1.5.0 with bzr-svn 1.4.10 bzr says "Unable to load bzr-svn
extensions - did you build it?" and aborts

thanks; I worked around this by adding nowebdav to subversion's USE
flags, but this is a temporary solution (I am not using any http svn
tree right now, but I'll certainly need it in the future).

Given that I just bumped the bzr-svn ebuild so that it doesn't depend on subversion's python bindings, I'm inclined to call this bug "Won't Fix". If you disagree, please comment.
