tetex-extra doesn't install /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/carlisle/slashed.sty

This file seems to be included in David Carlisle's LaTeX macros package:

It's in the 3.0-10 version which is now available in Dapper.

I need it in breezy too, so consider yourself lucky. You can manually download
the debs from http://seveas.ubuntulinux.nl/ or from the repository listed there.
