Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

This is happening on a regular basis--after login, the desktop will load with the last used picture--Gnome-panel will load & no desktop icons will be drawn. If I open a terminal & "killall nautilus", icons & normal nautilus functions will stay for the rest of the session. This is with a "fresh" install of Alpha1 (with current updates as of 07/07/08) & a fresh user's /home (I did not retain any Gnome settings from my prior installs)

This happened with the version of Nautilus in Intrepid--is this just a
carry-over bug & if it is, should it just be lumped in with
non-development reports?

It's just a duplicate of a long-standing, well known bug in nautilus-actions, a nautilus-extension module. It has nothing to do with the version of Nautilus in Intrepid (or as far as I know, any specific version of Nautilus period).

Very good--thanks for the clarify--I'll remove Nautilus-actions & check.
