mono SIGSEGV crashes when running simple font test app

Bug Description
1. downloadand unpack the attached repro.tgz
2. run "xbuild" in the directory to create bin/Debug/
3. run "bin/Debug/
Actual:
Mono runtime SIGSEGV's
Expected:
Mono should render some text with a couple of different font sizes (like .NET does on win32 for the exact same code).
I've attached the detailed errors and stacktraces that mono prints when it crashes.
