kpdf crashes when opening specific pdf

When I open the attached pdf with kpdf or the konqueror, kpdf diplays the first page and then crashes. It seems to be a bug specific to the ubuntu version, because I already reported it to bugs.kde.org, but it seems to work for them. This is part of the reply I got:

This crash was fixed in Okular (the KDE 4 replacement of KPDF), which is going to be default PDF reader in Kubuntu Intrepid (due in October).
