Roll up and unroll with Emerald make windows flicker

Binary package hint: emerald

When you turn the mouse wheel up, on the title bar of a window, the window rolls up (normal).
Then when you turn the mouse wheel down, still on the title bar, the window unrolls (normal).

But if you turn the mouse wheel up (the rolling up starts), and turn the mouse wheel down (in order to unroll) BEFORE the rolling up ended, the window flickers (abnormal) and then unrolls.

The window should'nt flickers.

Only with Emerald, or with gtk-window-decorator as well? And can you test this with Intrepid (http://releases.ubuntu.com/intrepid/ ) too?
