Bug Description
When trying to svn-import or branch a svn repository in https without the certificate beeing accepted by svn, the error we get is quite unclear :
$ bzr svn-import https:/
bzr: ERROR: Not a branch: "https:/
If I svn co and make svn accept the certificate before, it works. This may be a python-svn bug more than a bzr-svn bug though...
