Possibly related to your plugins and extensions--I notice flash content on that page, for example. Try starting firefox in safe mode ("firefox -safe-mode"), to disable all plugins and extensions, and see if you can still get it to happen. If not, enable and disable different addons to see what is causing it.

If you find out that none of plugins or extensions doesnt fix this
please follow the guide on how to use a new profile to test and if
that fails to work please try to obtain a backtrace. the instructions
afor both are on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs
for best results please disable addons from the addon dialog box as
this will insure they are disabled.

I'm getting the same result going to www.yahoo.com. I tried creating a new profile, and got the same result. See attached core dump.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

This bug was a problem with adblock when only this website was in the
green list (flash autorised). There is an update of adbock since I
report this bug and it fix the problem. So with the last version of
ubuntu/firefox/adblock now, I don't detect this bug.

bye.
