In your varlogdistupgra deapttermlog file you have a line (line 2410): apt/archives/ brasero_ 0.7.1-3ubuntu1_ i386.deb (--unpack):
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/
corrupted filesystem tarfile - corrupted package archive
It seems the package was not downloaded successfully... This can happen sometimes...
Just do 'sudo aptitude install brasero' and it should work again...
