Change error message, when no smart-gui is installed

When having smart installed, but not the smart-gui, it is
still possible to execute the "smart --gui" command.

The error message "error: Interface 'gtk' not available" appears. I think this
is a bit misleading. Think about something like "error: The smart-gui is not
available, please install it"
