no window manager icons for gstatus, gdiff, etc

Right now, the Gtk Windows created by these commands use the default (and ugly) metacity icon (or the variants in win32, mac).

gtk.Window.set_icon_name() can be used to set a custom icon name.

Would be good to use the official Bazaar icon for these windows.

bzr-gtk is a great piece of software, and I'd really like to help with it. Attached is a patch to use the 'bzr-icon-64' icon for each dialog and window that I could find that doesn't already have an icon.

I realise it's been a while since you've worked on this patch, but I was wondering if you could propose it as a merge proposal against bzr-gtk trunk?
