Bug Description
Errors are occurring for a number of LaunchPad accounts upon trying to login. The user is greeted with the message "This account cannot be used".

I have the same problem with my account "bertrand.cachet" associated to the email "bertrand dot cachet at gmail dot com".
I cannot login with this account, it tells me "This account cannot be used". I have got this problem for at least 2 weeks now, and it is a real problem for me, I'm one of the admin of the winlibrepacman project and it is a bit hard to manage it without ability to login.
Can you please give me informations about this problem
