there is a new 2.22.3 stable update which updates the GNOME version

TESTCASE: verify that the about GNOME dialog has 2.22.3 as version

As per the Test Case the version on the GNOME about dialog is indeed 2.22.3 in the proposed version of the package (1:2.22.3-0ubuntu1), also didn't noticed any regression, marking it as verification done. Thanks.
