bookmarks in menu bar sometimes inactive

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

When clicking on a bookmark folder on the menu bar and trying to open a link inside it whith the right mouse button to open it in a new tab, this option (open in a new tab) appears inactive instead of clickable. I must click again (all the steps) and then it works.

Please test with all extensions disabled and let us know which
extension caused this.

If disabling extensions doesnt help, please reproduce with a new
profile and provide us step by step instructions how to reproduce, like:

 1. step 1
 2. step 2
 ...

 Expected Result: This should happen
 Result: this is what actually happens.
