Update Manager download screen in mazimized mode restores and maximizes when the expand/collapse is clicked.

Update Manager download screen in mazimized mode restores and maximizes again when the expand/collapse is clicked.
This does not happen when Update manager is in restore mode.
This flickering is very annoying.

I am running Ubuntu Version 8.04 with visual effect extra enabled.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently and I can't reproduce this issue. We were wondering is this still an issue for you?
