[win32] Elisa shouldn't filter out ogg theora videos

Elisa shouldn't filter out Ogg Theora videos.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Elisa
2. Go to a folder with theora videos (*.ogg extension)

Actual results:

You see an empty folder

Expected results:

You see the videos.

By the way the recommendation for theora videos contained in ogg is that the file extension be .ogv, please make sure we don't filter out this one either.

This is because the "new typefinder" in elisa.core.utils.typefinding assumes .ogg extension is for audio-only.

One solution is to return both audio and video for ogg extension. But the current typefinder doesn't support that
