buddy icon uses system default

Bug Description

Is it possible that gaim could default to using the avatar in System ->
Preferences -> About me? If the user wishes to change it to something else they
can, but I think it would be pretty neat if it did this as a default behaviour.

Currently I have the about me picture the same as the gaim buddy icon.

This would require more integration with the DE than we (upstream) tend to do.
