On inserting items in a List widget, the refresh doesn't work properly

Bug Description
When inserting items (that is, not at the end) in a List widget, the refresh doesn't work properly. And also when removing (not popping from the end).
If you drag the list out of the visible space, you'll see the list refreshed right.
This is quite a problem, because prevent - for example - alphabetical insertion.
