Bug Description
Voting is possible for closed, "not an idea" and other ideas that are not officially allowed to be voted.
just enter the
http://
or
http://
and the vote is changed.
not a major bug, but... ;-)
Maybe you could check for the status before applying the vote...

Ive set this as a dupe of bug #197095 because I think it is the same issue underlying.
Brainstorm should check on the vote/1 or vote/-1 node IF it is still allowed voting for this idea.
That would solve the problem.
