Please sync dosfstools 2.11-5 (main) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

All patches in the ubuntu package have now been encorporated into Debian. Additionally, the Debian package has patches that would be useful for Ubuntu.

dosfstools (2.11-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * Redone debian packaging from scratch.
  * Both stop avoiding -O2 and stop adding -fno-strict-aliasing to OPTFLAGS on
    alpha; seems not to be required anymore.
  * Added patch from Jakub Jelinek <email address hidden> to support
    -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 (for future use).
  * Added patch from Jeremy Katz <email address hidden> to add dosfslabel
    (originally by Peter Jones).
  * Added patch from Pavol Rusnak <email address hidden> to use O_EXCL in mkdosfs.
  * Added patch from Petr Gajdos <email address hidden> to automatically determine
    sector size of the device.
