smart unable to install packages that are symlinked

Im running smart-0.51 and i tried to install the package:
ftp://distrib-coffee.ipsl.jussieu.fr/pub/linux/MandrivaLinux/official/2007.1/x86_64/media/main/updates/mandriva-theme-Powerpack-1.2.11-1.2mdv2007.1.noarch.rpm

but this is only a symlink (since this is a noarch package) that points to:
ftp://distrib-coffee.ipsl.jussieu.fr/pub/linux/MandrivaLinux/official/2007.1/i586/media/main/updates/mandriva-theme-Powerpack-1.2.11-1.2mdv2007.1.noarch.rpm

so after clicking in smart button "Apply changes" it output a small error
window saying:

Unable to download package:
ftp://distrib-coffee.ipsl.jussieu.fr/pub/linux/MandrivaLinux/official/2007.1/x86_64/media/main/updates/mandriva-theme-Powerpack-1.2.11-1.2mdv2007.1.noarch.rpm:
