testdisk html documentation (2.6 Mb size) should be moved to architecture-independent package testdisk-doc

Binary package hint: testdisk

testdisk package includes html documentation in several languages and this increases size of testdisk binary package in several times (documentation takes 2.6 Mb size, while testdisk+photorec binaries - only 0.6 Mb).

debian-policy says, that documentation and other big architecture-independent files should be in separate package So, I'm suggesting to package multilanguage html documentation into separate architecture-independent package testdisk-doc and make testdisk package to recommend (or suggest) testdisk-doc.

All needed for use testdisk documentation should be included into testdisk and photorec man pages, which are almost empty now :(

Documentation will be shipped in a separate tar.bz2 in next version (6.10) of TestDisk & PhotoRec, so it will be in the TODO of the package maintainers ;-)
